I Have Noticed A Small Red Patch, Looks Like A

I have noticed a small red patch, looks like a rash, under my breast. I plan to call my Gynecologist tomorrow, but I just wonder if there's any info on what this might be? It itches a little, but I only discovered it in examining my body after showering. Haven't changed soap, detergents, or perfumes
