I Have Noticed An Increasing Number Of Tiny (what I

I have noticed an increasing number of tiny (what I think are) bug bites at the nape of my neck and now down onto my shoulders. A friend said she thought they might be flea bites. I sprayed all our furniture with a 50:50 water and white vinegar, laundered our sheets and sprayed everything bed-wise but without success. Any ideas?
