I Have Noticed Lately That I Feel Off Balance At

I have noticed lately that I feel off balance at times, stumbling. I also notice my hearing getting worse, then recently i started to get this odd sound in my left ear when I chew,sounds like water squirting. I have had a bit of a cold/sinus issues lately, and I am hoping they are related. Is this a cause of concern?
