I Have Noticed Several Small Spots Of What Looks Like

I have noticed several small spots of what looks like blood or a blood tinged fluid, varying in size, in the area where my cat sleeps. She was a rescue from an animal shelter. I have had her for 15 months. She stays inside most of the time, and she was spayed almost 17 months ago. What do you think?
