I Have Noticed That I Have A Lot Of Moles

I have noticed that I have a lot of moles on my neck, chest , stomach and back. The lighting in my bathroom isn't that great so I am not sure if they are new or have been there awhile. Should I see a dermatologist? Also, I am seeing a hemotologist for leukopenia that was discovered during my annual physical.
