I Have Noticed That I Am Getting More And More

I have noticed that i am getting more and more little red veins on my face and my ribs. I recently had blood work done all looks good with the exception of cholesterol and have had high blood pressure for several years. I am very active. I had a partial hysterectomy 19 years ago due to vericous veins on uterus, i also had a Pulmonary Embolism 21 years ago. Should I be concerned about these veins? Should I worry about more blood clots?
