I Have Noticed That On Both Of My Forearms I

I have noticed that on both of my forearms I have times where it looks like I have a blood vessel that is raised up. No pain, numbness...I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol so I am worried that it's a problem with my heart. I had a chest X-ray in the ER about 3 months ago that showed normal. I am currently being treated for low potassium, HBP, and anxiety/depression
