I Have Noticed The Last Few Days That When I

I have noticed the last few days that when I bend over to pick something up I get sick at my stomach and it will last for several hours. I am a female and 64 years old. I have gained a few pounds recently but I don't know if that would have anything to do with it. It feels like my fat tummy is pushing up into my insides tho! So, maybe it does. I'm 5'5" and weigh 200 lbs.
