I Have Noticed When I Mastabate, I Ejaculate But Then

I have noticed when I mastabate, I ejaculate but then a few moments later, after the seven, strong pale yellow/white bits come out, it has a strong bad smell and goes into my foreskin and quite viscous. 7 times out of 10 it will happen after mastabation. 2 times out of ten when I wake up or after being aroused for an extended period of time, once when I went to pee. First started happening when I wore a condom and kept it on for a while after ejaculation 10 months ago. I am uncircumcised. Please help.
