I Have Numbness And Less Sensation In My 2 Middle

I have numbness and less sensation in my 2 middle toes on my right foot. I have this for a couple of months. I experienced sciatica nerve pain 2 weeks ago on my left lower back and leg and took prednisone and thorax medication for this. It seems ok now. Can these two be related? What can I do with this. Also the sciatica pain is unknown what the cause is I haven't had a MRI check.
