I Have Numbness And Tingling On My Right Hand Fingers..

I have numbness and tingling on my right hand fingers.. Also, it feels like my fingers are swollen. I've typed for years.. Just by what I've been reading it sounds like carpal tunnel. What type of doctor should I see and is there anything I can do to relieve the pain. It's not a constant pain however it hurts more at night. Also it just started paining last week..
