I Have Numbness And Tingling On The Left Side Of

I have numbness and tingling on the left side of my face/chin. Small bumps have also appeared. I take a daily allergy medication and I put Benadryl on it, however, there has been no change in condition. Should I go in to the doctor, wait it out, or should I try something else
