I Have Numbness Around My Upper Lip Around My Nose

I have numbness around my upper lip around my nose area. I have had chiropractic adjustments that helped somewhat but not totally. I've also had two sessions of acupuncture. Medical Dr told me to try Flonaise for sinus issues. Still have numbness. Any suggestions?
