I Have Numbness In My Feet, More In The Left

I have numbness in my feet, more in the left than in the right. My left knee is slightly swollen but there is no pain. Bending the knee is a bit difficult. I also loose my balance may be because of numbness in the feet. I am eighty years old and non diabetic. My BP is 80/140.
