I Have Numbness In My Finger Tips On My Left

I have numbness in my finger tips on my left hand for 2 weeks not getting better, sometimes tingling up into my hand thought it was from working stripping a roof with a stripping shovel usually makes my hands feel a little swollen the next day or 2 but never had anything like this before I am 48 and its not the first time I have done this type of work
