I Have Numbness In My Left Leg. Both Feet Feel

I have numbness in my left leg. Both feet feel like they are getting numb. Both hands feel puffee and I can't make a full fist with either of them. My right hand and arm get tired way too early. I have the scary feeling that I am losing the function of my right hand. (Things are worse with my right hand.) Any thoughts on what I should doi?
