I Have Numbness In My Right Arm From The Shoulder

I have numbness in my right arm from the shoulder down to the wrist this has been going on since March. I also have sharp pain sometimes going through my breast could you please help explain to me what is going on or direct me to the right type of doctor. Thank you I really appreciate it.
