I Have Numbness In My Right Foot Under The Back

I have numbness in my right foot under the back of my toes. My toes still move and I massage my feet and it helps. I'm going to try Vitamin B 12 and see if it helps. It is not painful it just started 2 weeks ago and I thought my foot fell asleep. It does go away it is not constant. Thanks for this information regarding Vitamin B12. .
