I Have Numbness In My Right Hand Which Effects My

I have numbness in my right hand which effects my little finger and my ring finger. Also the top of my wrist and the right side of my palm. At times if I bend my wrist a certain way I get a sharp pain in the middle of my forearm in the muscle area along with a muscle cramp.
