I Have Numbness In My Toes. It Started With My

I have numbness in my toes. It started with my big toes and has spread to the other toes. When I am on the elliptical they get so numb I have to get off as it is very uncomfortable. I also am having spasms every now and then in my feet. My dr had me tested for peripheral neuropathy but that came back negative. The neurologist thought it might be the atorvistatin I had started taking. She suggested I stop taking it. It seemed to subside when I stopped but it has returned and I did not restart the medicine.
