I Have Numbness To The Right Of My Member In

I have numbness to the right of my member in my groin and am experiencing bladder problems.
I am not feeling when my bladder is full until I am ready to explode and then start wetting myself.
I am able to stop the stream so my muscles are working fine, I am even able to stop my stream without any difficulty while relieving myself after having an occurrence.
