I Have Numerous Health Probs, Fibro, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Heart Problems,

I have numerous health probs, fibro, rheumatoid arthritis, heart problems, thyroid, and just diagnosed diabetes. At the moment I feel like someone is sitting on my chest (no chest pain) making me dizzy and my breathing is distressing. RA is effecting both hands, feet and shoulders (badly) and now it seems that when my lungs can take a full breathe in, I get a savage shot of pain in my right wrist. I'm thinking going to A&E but don't want to waste anyone's time. What could it be?
