I have numerous parasomnia issues. Ic clonopin a consideration for me? I was diagnosed with apnea I work very hard to use the CPAP but it didn't play out. I also felt the CPAP even when I was using it was not giving me as much as relieved as I would like. Sometimes I think I will go nuts for not getting to sleep because of nightmares then I have periods where I am free of it sometimes I get that sleep talking sometimes I get the twitching and acting out
