I Have Occasional Sharp Sting On The Side Of My

I have occasional sharp sting on the side of my penis and what it seems inside my urethra when squeezed. The place is right in front or above where shaft connects with scrotum. Sometimes squeeze it I get urge to urinate. Sometimes pain radiates toward the top of my penis.
