I Have Occational Spikes In My Heart Rate. My Normal

I have occational spikes in my heart rate. My normal rate is about 73 but at times at rest and sleep it will spike greater than 120 with pressure in chest. Have had a stress test that came back with exercise induced Hypertension. My normal blood pressure is on the low end and is good. I have been told to go on blood pressure medication. Just does not seam correct as my blood pressure is normally low, just concerned about the heart rate spikes.
