I Have Often Migraine And I Was Advised To Try

I have often migraine and I was advised to try nicergoline. Will this treatment help to lower my
bloodpressure which is high? (I am taking treatment for this keeping around 138-140mm Hg.nad I am
thinking that taking nicergoline will allow me to lower the BP medication)
