I Have On TRT For A Couple Of Years Now,

I have on TRT for a couple of years now, and routinely donate blood to lower red blood cell which are increased by TRT. Now, my doctor said my red blood cells and plaletes are high. Are high plaletes associated with TRT as well? Never heard that TRT would increase plateletes.
