I Have (on Both Although Worse On The Right) A

I have (on both although worse on the right) a red ring-like rash around my armpit. It looks like a thick red outline of a circle that has not been colored in. I tried not shaving, using shaving cream for sensitive skin, stopping use of body wash and using regular bar soap, and even antibiotic cream, anti-itch, and cocoa butter in case it was dry skin or just irritated skin. Some days its almost gone but still visible and other days it's dark red and stings when I clean the area and become easily irritated. I have something similar between my thighs, right by the lining of my underwear (I'm a female) although neither of the rashes itch. They are just uncomfortable and I don't really feel it unless I remove my clothing and the fabric pulls off as well. Its annoying, uncomfortable, and embrassing as I have to change in the mornings in a locker room in front of other females. I have in mind that it could be candid (I believe that's how its spelled) related but I'm not entirely sure and don't want to take days off to visit the doctor if it nothing more than discomfort. Any ideas/tips/advice?
