I Have One Enlarged Tonsil And On That Same Side

I have one enlarged tonsil and on that same side on the back of my throat there is a hard smooth horizontal bump (bone like). The bump is barely visible. I stuck my finger back there & felt it. It's smooth and very hard and doesn't move. It feels like bone. There is no pain, soreness or anything. I haven't been sick & feel fine. Is this something to worry about.
