I Have One Gland That Has Been Swollen For About

I have one gland that has been swollen for about 2 months. the other seems fine. no pain no discomfort. I can feel it just by touching my neck id say its double the size of other gland. I am a heavy smoker and did loose my voice for about a week when I first noticed it.
