I Have One Kidney Left Kidney. My Right Kidney Removed

I have one kidney left kidney. My right kidney removed in the year 1982 due to stone in right kidney and various stone in bladder. My left kidney position is 24 hrs. urine protein 2889mg, urine volume 3200ml, urine creatinine 72.3 mg/dl, serum creatinine 1.3 mg/dl, creatinine clearance 123.5 ml, TSH 2.22mIU/L, HBAIC 5.4% and CRP 6 mg/L. Please advice this is serious for my kidney. Awaiting your reply and favourable response in this matter. Thanks.
