I Have One Mifepristone Tablet And 2 Misopristol Tablets. I

I have one mifepristone tablet and 2 misopristol tablets. I had pregnancy 2 month ago and on that time I ate abortion pills. Now I am again pregnant. And I don't have full mifegest kit. It has just 3 tablets as I mentioned above. If I take just these tablets, it will work to abort. Is there any side effects of this type of dosage. And if I eat papaya, will it work or not?
On 18 October, I should have periods but not have. Please tell me what I can do?
