I Have One Nipple With Clear And Blood Coming Out

I have one nipple with clear and blood coming out after I squeeze it after a good 8 hrs sleep it is warm and swollen maybe infected I am not pregnant am 55 yrs old it feels like could be a lump in it not sure just bothers me it is way bigger than other one any thing you know could help this. I had this before around my areola but with antibiotic cream and penicillin it went away that was about 15 yrs ago
