I Have One Or Two Small Pinpoint Red Dots On

I have one or two small pinpoint red dots on the penis glans. There is also a noticeable discolouration on it as well. The right side looks like a bruise purplish color under the skin and it gets shiny when pressed/squeezed, and, other areas are whitish in color. It is VERY itchy in general and at the tip, and, of course VERY uncomfortable. There have never been any blisters of any kind. I have been swab tested for chlamydia, gonoreha, and, herpes. All came back negative from the lab.

Over the coure of the last two months I have taken Azithromycin, Cipro, Doxycyclin, Cephalexin, and, Fluconozale (twice now). I have also tried (in combination with the antibiotics) using Clomitrazole, a mixed steroid/clomitrazole, and, fucidin creams as well. NONE of these have cleared the condition and I am starting to lose my mind over it.
Can you help?
