I Have One Problem Sent Iam Child Till Now I

I have one problem sent Iam child till now I can't read word by word in the book, just I look in hall page in the book(by my eyes) & tray to memorise what I see .allawy I pass the exam but not with high grade (A).is (B) or (C) can I know what problem I have or symptom?????
