I Have One Question. I Feel Off Of My Bike

I have one question. I feel off of my bike a few days ago and now my left hip really hurts bad to the point to were I can hardly walk or sit down it feels like I have pinched something can use the pain shuts down my leg to my foot what is causing this problem. But I don't have any funds to pay for a doctor to look at my leg or for this conversation .
