I Have One Small Black Spot On The Upper Left

I have one small black spot on the upper left side of my throat and when I touched it, it started bleeding. I haven't eaten anything sharp or pokey. This spot is very small and seems harmless but is bleeding and causing a bit of a soar throat on that one place. When I suck a straw or something similar it hurts back there.
