I Have One Swollen Lymph Node Which Is Soft And

I have one swollen lymph node which is soft and moveable under my left jaw bone, it is not sore but my back of neck hurts and I also have some swelling of my parotid gland but I had a neck and head cat scan and it came back normal, what is causing this discomfort?
