I Have Only 2 Mm Or So In My L5

I have only 2 mm or so in my l5 s1 disc. All others are good. I'm getting constipated for a year. Once constipated, my left foot numbs. I went to the bathroom this morning, numbness resided some. Tonight I ate a good portion for dinner, and foot numb again from full stomach. Can stomach or intesting put pressure in sciatic nerve? Stomach seems to high.
