I Have Open Sores On My Lower Right Leg, Right

I have open sores on my lower right leg, right hip, and lower abdomen. Every time I bandage them, they bleed when I remove the bandages. If I don't wear a bandage, then a sticky clear to pinkish fluid leaks out of them and through my clothing. I can't seem to heal. I have had these sores since before Christmas. Can you suggest anything.
