I Have Orange-ish Bumps In The Back Of My Throat,

I have orange-ish bumps in the back of my throat, and my throat hurts. I cough up green mucus. and my head/ears hurt. My tonsils were swelled up Friday and Saturday with small white patches, but are gone now. I don't know what's wrong. I'm really considered about the orange-ish bumps in the back of my throat though.
