I Have , Osteoarthritis, And Bipolar I Disorder. My Doctor

I have , osteoarthritis, and bipolar I disorder. My doctor prescribed lamotrigine, cymbalta, Baclofen, and Meloxicam. Having pain in my upper right arm and shoulder. If I move my arm out it hurts. I believe it is a muscle spasm and this happens on and off and usually when I get pain in my lower back and down my right leg. An xray on my lower back recently showed degenerative disc disease. I am 60 years old female. I take the Baclofen only when I have the muscle pain and the Meloxicam off and on. My question is do you feel that this is the best course of treatment for me?
