I Have Osteoarthritis And Pain In Both ACjoint And Glenoid

I have osteoarthritis and pain in both ACjoint and glenoid numeral joint. Had a cortisone inj. In glenoid humoral joint. My pain went away for a week. If I had this joint replaced, what about the A C joint? Can they replace it too? ( I am in a lot of paper n in my shoulder
