I Have Osteoarthritis In My Hands, Knees, And Back. By

I have osteoarthritis in my hands, knees, and back. By the time evening closes I am in horrible pain. I can not take NSAIDS due to taking Femara for post Breast Cancer treatment. My question is, would taking Tylenol with Codeine PRN at bedtime hurt me? I don't have any right now, but maybe my physician could order it for me. I need to take something at bedtime, otherwise I can't sleep due to pain.
