I Have Ovarian Cysts. My Fiance And I Had Intercourse

I have ovarian cysts. My fiance and I had intercourse this morning and I felt some pain towards the end. After, the pain was just about unbearable. It was like a very bad menstrual cramp without the bleeding. I got extremely hot and nauseous and threw up. After about an hour, the pain became bearable. But 6 hours later, I'm still very weak and nauseous. Do I need to go to an ER or will I be ok until my appointment in 2 weeks?
