I Have Ovarian Cysts My Doctor Prescribed Me Primella 1/35

I have ovarian cysts my doctor prescribed me primella 1/35 b/c....... After reading the side effects i am kind of scared to take it..... I have been experiencing very excruciating pain in my uturis i don't have insurance i don't kno if i should start taking the b/c to see if it can help with my ovarian cysts and maybe take away my pain..... I'm super helpless and don't know what to do I'm afraid
