I Have Overworked For Last 2 Months, Working About 80

I have overworked for last 2 months, working about 80 hours each week (computer related work), now i have sound in left ear (and it is more prominent if i lower my head), and also kind of light head, also some discomfort in neck front area. Can it be something dangerous? I'm 28, male
