I Have Pain And Burning Down My Back And Into

I have pain and burning down my back and into lower portion of head, pain and spasms in shoulders, right arm ,elbow, wrist and outer fingers severely sore, tingling and numbness from right elbow down into hand. Loss range of motion in turning head, extreme pain when squeezing or trying to pick anything up with right hand
