I Have Pain And Burning When I Urinate. This Happens

I have pain and burning when I urinate. This happens very offten. Seems to gets worse toward evening. I take pyridium sometimes for the pain. My back hurts when this is happening. I have gone to the Doctor and received medication many times. I do not go all the time because the pyridium helps the pain. The Doctor is very hard to get to see. I think this happens way too often and I do not know why.
