I Have Pain And Numbness Down The Right Leg. Tingling

I have pain and numbness down the right leg. Tingling and numb type of pain. Feels better to walk, but hurts to sit. The pain is severe when I press the butt bone area. Hurts to bend, like I said walking or standing feels much better and I have no back pain at all.
